Everything people ask before booking
How much does an appliance repair cost?
The service call fee is $85 residential and $185 commercial, and it is applied toward the cost of the repair. The repair itself is quoted on site after diagnosis, before any work starts.
How quickly can someone come out?
Same-day service is often available across Los Angeles and Santa Clarita, and emergency call-out is available 24/7 at a $300 service call fee. Availability depends on the day, so calling gets you a real answer fastest.
Do you charge for the diagnosis?
The service call fee covers the diagnosis. If you go ahead with the repair it is applied toward the total. If you decide not to proceed, it is all you pay.
Which brands do you service?
Residential brands include Samsung, LG, Whirlpool, Bosch, GE Appliances, Thermador and Wolf. Commercial includes True, Hoshizaki, Manitowoc, Vulcan, Blodgett, Speed Queen, Traulsen, Baxter, Berkel, ITW and Primus. Servicing a brand is not a claim of authorised-dealer status.
Should I repair or replace my appliance?
As a rule of thumb, if the repair costs more than roughly half a comparable new unit and the appliance is past the middle of its life, replacement usually wins. The diagnostic gives you the number to decide with, and we will tell you when replacing is the better call.
Do you cover both residential and commercial?
Yes, with the same technicians — from a home dishwasher to a walk-in cooler or an industrial tumble dryer.
Do you work weekends and nights?
Emergency call-out is available 24/7. Routine work is scheduled during normal hours, and commercial jobs are often scheduled around service hours so a repair does not cost you covers.
My dryer takes several cycles to dry. Is that a repair or a vent problem?
Most often a vent problem. A restricted vent line produces exactly that symptom, and cleaning it solves the issue without parts. We check the vent before quoting a dryer repair.
Can you repair a control board rather than replace it?
Often, yes. Component-level PCB repair is frequently far cheaper than a replacement board, and on older appliances it may be the only option still available.
What if the part I need is discontinued?
Where a plastic or mechanical component is no longer manufactured, 3D printing is sometimes viable — you get the printed part and the source files.
