• Saugus — predominantly residential, plus shared laundry rooms
• Canyon Country — east of the valley; residential and small commercial
• Castaic — unincorporated LA County, and the I-5 corridor

Greater Los Angeles

• Los Angeles — residential and commercial, including restaurant and hospitality equipment
• Burbank — studio catering and hotel kitchens
• Glendale — dense retail centres and high-rise multi-housing
• Pasadena — its own health jurisdiction, not LA County

Same-day availability

Same-day service is often available, and is most likely in the Santa Clarita Valley. Across greater Los Angeles it depends on where the day's jobs already sit. We would rather tell you honestly on the phone than promise a window we cannot hold.

One jurisdiction difference worth knowing

Nearly everywhere we work, commercial kitchens are inspected by Los Angeles County under the A/B/C placard system. Pasadena is the exception — it runs its own health department, county permits are not valid there, and placards read PASS or CONDITIONAL PASS instead of a letter grade. If you operate in Pasadena, that changes what a refrigeration fault costs you.
