Which service do I book if I am not sure what is wrong?
Book the category that matches the property — residential or commercial. The diagnostic is the same visit either way, and the technician identifies the fault on site.
Do you charge separately for the diagnosis and the repair?
The service call fee covers the diagnosis and is applied toward the repair. Residential is $85, commercial $185, and emergency call-outs $300.
Can you get parts for older appliances?
Often, yes. Where a part is discontinued, PCB repair or a 3D-printed replacement component is sometimes possible, which can keep an otherwise sound appliance in service.
