Commercial
Commercial appliance repair
Restaurants, cafés, hotels, laundromats, gyms and multi-housing. When equipment stops, revenue stops — so commercial work is scheduled around service, not around us.

Equipment we service
- Commercial refrigeration — walk-ins, reach-ins, prep tables, display cases, ice machines
- Cooking line — ranges, griddles, fryers, convection and pizza ovens, broilers, proofers
- Warewashing — commercial dishwashers, glass washers, disposals
- Laundry — coin-op and industrial washers, tumble dryers, heat-pump units
- Front of house — espresso machines, juicers, soft-serve and beverage dispensers
- Specialist — food warmers, holding cabinets, slicers, mixers, dental equipment
Why refrigeration is the emergency
A failed cooler is not only a repair bill. The U.S. Food and Drug Administration — FDA Food Code requires cold holding at 41 °F or below, and identifies 41 °F to 135 °F as the temperature danger zone in which bacteria multiply. Health inspectors measure the temperature of the food itself, not the air in the cabinet — so a unit drifting warm can put you out of compliance and cost you the stock long before it fully fails.
That is why refrigeration calls get emergency handling. The $300 emergency service call covers 24/7 call-out. For a walk-in full of product, that is usually the cheapest number on the invoice.
Brands we service
True Refrigeration, Hoshizaki, Manitowoc, Vulcan, Blodgett, Speed Queen, Traulsen, Baxter, Berkel, ITW Food Equipment Group and Primus are among the commercial brands we see most often. Hanndy Inc services this equipment; that is not a claim of authorised-dealer status for any manufacturer.
Scheduled around your service, not ours
Where the work can wait, we schedule it outside service hours so a repair does not cost you a lunch or dinner covers. Where it cannot, we come out. Sites on a preventative maintenance schedule get first call on the day, which is most of the reason those programmes exist.
